Who we are

We are the people who answer after the price is agreed.

PlugComex is an international commodity trading and logistics company with operating teams in Brazil. We export Brazilian agricultural and mineral commodities, structure imports into Brazil, and move project cargo — heavy lift, break bulk, RoRo, complete industrial plants and chartered vessels — for buyers and suppliers across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Americas.

Most buyers can find a supplier. What breaks a deal is everything that comes after: validation, documents, customs, port windows, freight, and the follow-up nobody wants to own.

PlugComex exists for that part. Our international corporate structure gives counterparties a familiar contracting and payment framework — in the jurisdiction and the currency the deal calls for. Our teams in Brazil handle sourcing, documentation, customs and freight on the ground, in the same time zone as the cargo.

One responsible person per operation. You get their name, their number and their working hours — from first inquiry to final delivery.

FAQ

Straight answers, before the first call.

What does PlugComex do?

PlugComex is an international commodity trading and logistics company. It exports Brazilian agricultural and mineral commodities to international buyers, structures import operations into Brazil, and moves project cargo — heavy lift, break bulk, RoRo, complete industrial plants and chartered vessels.

Which commodities does PlugComex export from Brazil?

Soybeans, corn, sugar (VHP and refined), green coffee, frozen beef and poultry from certified plants, and iron ore. Other products, grades and origins are quoted on request against the buyer's specification.

What counts as project cargo?

Cargo that does not fit a standard container: oversized, indivisible or out-of-gauge units such as transformers, mills, cranes, harvesters and complete production lines. We handle heavy lift, break bulk, RoRo, mining and energy equipment, and full or partial vessel chartering.

Which markets and routes does PlugComex serve?

Brazilian origin to buyers in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Americas — and inbound routes from those markets into Brazil, including port handling, customs clearance and inland distribution to multiple Brazilian destinations.

How does an operation start — do you need an LOI?

An LOI, a product specification or a set of cargo dimensions is enough to open a file. First reply comes within 24 hours, from the person who will run the operation.

What documentation do you provide on each shipment?

Commercial invoice, bill of lading, certificate of origin and inspection certificates — plus corporate documentation, KYC and CIS material for counterparty onboarding on request.

Which payment instruments and Incoterms do you work with?

Payment instruments are agreed before contracting and can follow documentary credit, bank guarantee or transfer structures. Trades are quoted on the Incoterm the buyer requires, most commonly FOB and CFR for bulk commodities.

Where is PlugComex based?

Operating teams are in Brazil, with São Paulo as the commercial base. Contracting runs through an international corporate structure, so counterparties can transact in the jurisdiction and currency the deal calls for.
